Was erwartet dich?
- Mitarbeit bei der Auswahl, Einführung und Anbindung eines CAFM-Systems an SAP.
- Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Digitalisierung und Vernetzung technischer Anlagen (z. B. IoT, Sensorik).
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Energiemanagementstrategien gemäß ISO 50001 oder vergleichbaren Standards.
- Mitwirkung an Schnittstellenkonzepten zwischen CAFM, SAP und weiteren IT-Systemen.
- Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams aus IT, Technik und Facility Management.
- Analyse von Energieverbräuchen und industriellen Energieflüssen zur Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen.
- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Energiemanagement- und Monitoring-Systemen.
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung in der Produktion und Infrastruktur.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurswesen, Gebäudetechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar
- Grundkenntnisse in ISO 50001, Energiemanagementsystemen, IoT-Technologien, Sensorik, Anlagenvernetzung, SAP (insbesondere Modul PM/FM oder ähnliche) von Vorteil
- Grundverständnis klassischer und agiler Projektmethoden sowie erste Erfahrung mit Projekttools (z. B. MS Project, Jira, Confluence) von Vorteil
- Analytisches und technisches Denkvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch zwischen Fachdisziplinen
- Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Offenheit für neue Technologien und hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Organisationsgeschick und Belastbarkeit in komplexen Projektumgebungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
