Was erwartet dich?
- Unterstützung des Projektteams bei der Vorbereitung, Analyse und Optimierung qualitätsrelevanter Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit Offshore-Projektkomponenten – etwa in den Bereichen Fertigung, Logistik und Montage
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten (z. B. Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, NCR-Reports)
- Analyse bestehender Qualitätsprozesse mit Anpassung auf kundenspezifische Offshore-Anforderungen (Herstellung, Transport, Installation)
- Recherche zu Offshore-spezifischen Qualitätsstandards (z. B.DIN EN 9010)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung eines qualitätsbezogenen Risiko- und Maßnahmenkatalogs
- Vorbereitung von Audits und QA/QC-Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Workshops zu Qualitätsthemen im Projektteam
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement und weiterer relevanter Bereiche

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Anlagenbau, oder vergleichbar
- Erste Praxiserfahrung im Qualitäts- und Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Selbstständigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
