Was erwartet dich?
- Du qualifizierst und entwickelst Bestandskund:innen eigenständig im Account Management weiter
- Du unterstützt beim Aufsetzen und Optimieren von One-to-Many-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Du identifizierst neue Möglichkeiten, um Kund:innen durch passende Produkte oder Dienstleistungen einen Mehrwert zu bieten
- Du pflegst und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen durch gezielte Maßnahmen aus
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Produkt- und Tarifberatung und unterstützt Kund:innen sowie Partner:innen bei ihrem WordPress Projekt
- Du verbesserst den Sales Prozess und unterstützt bei der abteilungsübergreifenden Kommunikation
- Du analysierst und bereitest Daten zur Identifikation von Upselling-Chancen und Optimierungspotenzialen im Account Management auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein sicheres und kommunikatives Auftreten
- Du bist verhandlungssicher (Wort und Schrift) in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind wünschenswert
- Du verfügst über ein sicheres technisches Verständnis und bist versiert im Umgang mit Software-Tools, CRM-Systemen und dem Aufsetzen von One-to-Many-Kommunikation
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse und idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Sales oder Kundenbetreuung gesammelt
- Du hast Interesse für fachübergreifende Themen wie Webtechnologien, Online-Marketing, Datenanalyse, Business Development und Produktivität
- Du bist strukturiert in deiner Arbeitsweise, kannst dich schnell in neue Sachverhalte einarbeiten und bist kommunikativ, teamfähig und datengetrieben

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
