Was erwartet dich
- Du übernimmst die Bauleitung der Gewerke ELT und/oder HLSK (Leistungsphase 8, HOAI Technische Ausrüstung) für Großbaustellen in Sachsen
- Du kümmerst dich um spannende Projekte bei namhaften und großen Kund:innen wie Porsche, Daimler und Bosch
- Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen und motivierten Team
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für z.B. Koordination, Leitung bis hin zur Abnahme und das Mängelmanagement der Gewerke ELT und/oder HLSK
- Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit Auftraggebern, Architekten, Fachplanern und Subunternehmern ab
- Du prüfst Planunterlagen, Aufmaße, Dokumentation und vieles mehr
- Zusätzlich erwarten dich spannende, projektabhängige Aufgaben, die gerne bei Interesse näher erläutert werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Ingenieur, Techniker, Meister (m/w/d) mit mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung auf deutschen Großbaustellen– vor allem aber bist du engagiert und zuverlässig
- Erfahrungen in den Gewerken ELT und/oder HLSK bringst du mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verbindlichkeit und eine Baustellenergebnis-ausgerichtete Einstellung aus
- Du arbeitest engagiert und verantwortungsvoll, bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Eine Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B bzw. III rundet dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
