- Du führst laufende Erfolgskontrollen der Projekte durch, überprüfst die Qualität, hast ein Auge auf Termine, Kosten und die Einhaltung aller Vertragsbedingungen
- Du bist gegenüber den eingesetzten Mitarbeitenden und Nachunternehmern weisungsberechtigt und hast regelmäßige Meetings mit der Geschäftsführung zu den laufenden Projekten
- Du kannst dich voll auf deine Aufgaben als Projektleiter:in fokussieren und hast keine Doppelposition als Bauleiter:in

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Ingenieurstudium oder einen Meister mit Schwerpunkt Gebäudeenergie- und Gebäudeinformationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du glänzt mit mehrjähriger praktischer Erfahrung in der Gebäudeautomation und einschlägigen Kenntnissen in der Bauleitung und Projektabwicklung
- Du wirst als kompetent mit der nötigen Portion unternehmerischen Denkens beschrieben und bist gut darin, zu kommunizieren und kannst dich durchsetzen
- Du hast immer einen Blick auf Qualität und Kosten, magst es, im Team zu arbeiten und lebst Engagement, wenn es um deine Aufgaben geht
- Du bist eine echte Führungspersönlichkeit und stehst den Projektteams motivierend zur Seite

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
