Als Lagerleiter sind Sie verantwortlich für die Koordination und Optimierung aller logistischen Abläufe – vom Wareneingang über Lagerung und Kommissionierung bis hin zum termingerechten Warenausgang. Dabei übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung des Logistik-Teams, sorgen für die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Vertrieb und Auftragsabwicklung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Koordinierung des Tagesgeschäfts in den Bereichen Wareneingang, Lagerung, Kommissionierung, sowie Warenausgang
- Verantwortung für den reibungslosen und termingerechten Ablauf
- Ständige Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse zur Steigerung von Qualität und Durchsatz im Tagesgeschäft
- Verantwortung zur Einhaltung aller Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften sowie der Betriebsbereitschaft der technischen Einrichtungen
- fachliche Führung des Logistik-Teams sowie die Personaleinsatzplanung
- Inventurorganisation
- Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Vertrieb und Auftragsabwicklung, um reibungslosen Ablauf aller Logistikprozesse zu gewährleisten
- Auswahl von Spediteuren nach kommerziellen Gesichtspunkten

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik / Fachlagerist/in
- Berufserfahrung als Teamleiter in der Lagerlogistik mit voller Personalverantwortung von min. drei Jahren
