Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die direkte Ansprechperson für Architekt:innen und Bauherr:innen
- Du berätst die Auftraggeber:innen fachlich zu technischen Lösungen und Konzepten
- Du planst Projekte in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI, mit Schwerpunkt auf LP1 – LP8
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse, begleitest die Vergabe und wertest Angebote aus
- Du unterstützt die Projektleitung und führst Ausführungs-, Termin- und Qualitätskontrollen durch
- Du arbeitest im Team mit allen gebäudetechnischen Gewerken zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium zum Diplom-Ingenieur:in der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung als Meister:in / Techniker:in
- Du bringst bereits mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen, mit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du verfügst über Fachkenntnisse in den TGA-Gewerken und deren Schnittstellen sowie in den Bereichen Starkstrom und / oder Schwachstrom
- Du kannst die VOB sicher anwenden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
