Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Heizungsanlagen und deren Komponenten durch
- Sie bearbeiten eigenständig Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsaufträge im Bereich der Haustechnik
- Sie betreuen und betreiben durch Fernwärme versorgte Heizungsanlagen
- Sie führen Umbau- und Modernisierungsarbeiten an Fern- und Nahwärmeanlagen durch
- Sie nehmen am turnusmäßigen Bereitschaftsdienst teil

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Gas- und Wasserinstallateur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über hohes handwerkliches Geschick und Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten
- Sie sind teamfähig, zuverlässig und arbeiten strukturiert sowie ergebnisorientiert
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
