Du arbeitest eng mit den Gründern und lernst hautnah, was es bedeutet, ein Unternehmen voranzutreiben. Sammle wertvolle Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Business Development, Marketing, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb – und bring deine eigenen Ideen aktiv ein.
Welche Aufgaben werden übernommen?
- Planung & Koordination: Organisiere interne und externe Meetings sowie Events, um sicherzustellen, dass alles reibungslos läuft und alle Beteiligten bestens informiert sind.
- Projekte leiten & Teams koordinieren: Verantworte Arbeitsgruppen, indem du Aufgaben sinnvoll verteilst und optimale Formate für Zusammenarbeit etablierst.
- Externe Kooperationen stärken: Unterstütze den Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften durch Terminvereinbarungen und klare Kommunikation.
- Durchführung eigenständiger Research-Projekte, Auswertung von Daten und Erstellung fundierter Analysen zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsprozesse im Unternehmen,
- Effizientes Office Management: Sorge für einen reibungslosen Büroalltag in unserem Berliner Office.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
