- Hole Dir Feedback zu den Sprintergebnissen Deines Teams direkt vor Ort bei unseren Kunden und Nutzern.
- Bringe Dich im Rahmen unserer Workshops, Retrospektiven und Arbeitskreise aktiv in die Unternehmensgestaltung ein und hilf mit, uns jeden Tag noch ein Stück weiter nach vorne zu treiben.

Was Du mitbringen solltest?
- Du hast ein Studium der Informatik abgeschlossen oder verfügst über vergleichbare Erfahrungen?
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Programmierung mit Java und modernen Architekturpattern?
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich E-Commerce?
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen oder Wissen gesammelt im Umgang mit folgenden Technologien: Microservices, Cloud-Infrastruktur, Event Sourcing/Streaming, automatisierte Tests, Continuous Integration und Datenbanken?
- Du lässt Dich nicht so leicht aus der Ruhe bringen?
- Bist Du ein verantwortungsbewusster und kommunikativer Team-Player?
- Bist Du wissenshungrig und Weiterbildung ist für Dich ein Teil Deiner Arbeit?
- Du besitzt solide Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1)? Unsere Kommunikation erfolgt nämlich ausschließlich in deutscher Sprache (Applicants must be fluent in German language).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
