Netzplaner für Asset Management Projekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Projekt- und Objektplanungen im Bereich Strom-, Gas-, Wasser- und Wärmeversorgung in den Leistungsstufen Vorplanung bis Ausführungsplanung durch, einschließlich der Steuerung externer Planungsdienstleister
- Du führst die erforderlichen technischen Berechnungen durch und legst die technischen Spezifikationen für die Bauausführung fest
- Du bereitest Leistungsverzeichnisse und Vergabeunterlagen vor und erstellst diese
- Du stellst die Projektumsetzung vor Ort sicher und überwachst die Einhaltung der technischen und monetären Vorgaben gemäß Planung und Ausschreibung
- Du übernimmst die Koordination zwischen den Trägern öffentlicher Belange, den Ausführungsfirmen, Ingenieurbüros und Architekt:innen
- Du wirkst bei der Abstimmung der Baumaßnahmen mit Stakeholdern mit und arbeitest bei der Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen mit
- Du ermittelst Kosten, budgetierst und legst Baukostenzuschüsse fest
- Du prüfst Rechnungen und Aufmaße in deinem Verantwortungsbereich sachlich
- Du stellst die Anlagen- und Netzdokumentation unter Beachtung der rechtlichen und technischen Vorgaben sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerausbildung, idealerweise im Fachbereich Energieversorgung
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Versorgungstechnik oder im Anlagenbau mit
- Du denkst ausgeprägt betriebswirtschaftlich
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Selbstorganisation
- Du hast großes Interesse an der aktiven Mitarbeit an Veränderungsprozessen in der Energiewirtschaft
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der im Tätigkeitsfeld relevanten Softwareanwendungen und einen Führerschein der Klasse B
