Was erwartet dich?
- Sie übernehmen das Monitoring sowie das Schnittstellen-Management von Kontraktoren und Sachverständigen.
- Sie steuern und bearbeiten die technischen Anforderungen sowie den gesamten Designprozess für die Planung von Offshore-Plattformen und Unterwasserstrukturen – insbesondere im Rahmen eines Offshore-Wasserstoffprojekts.
- Sie entwickeln interne Standards für Offshore-Baustrukturen.
- Sie koordinieren interne und externe Teams, um technische Anforderungen im Engineering unter Einhaltung von Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben zu erfüllen.
- Sie erstellen und bearbeiten Spezifikationen und Leistungsverzeichnisse.
- Sie übernehmen die technische Verantwortung in Einkaufsprozessen und überwachen die Bestellvorgänge.
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung planungsrechtlicher Antragsunterlagen im Offshore-Bereich mit und übernehmen das Monitoring baulicher Behördenauflagen.
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung internationaler Standards und Vorschriften (z. B. DNV) sicher und bringen sicherheitstechnische Belange ein (z. B. Risikobeurteilungen).
- Sie begleiten die Bauausführungsphase fachlich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Uni/FH) im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder maritimes Ingenieurwesen.
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in der Bauplanung und Umsetzung von Offshore-Plattformen und Unterwasserstrukturen mit
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektleitung.
- Sie kennen sich mit den einschlägigen Regelwerken und Richtlinien aus.
- Sie besitzen Verhandlungserfahrung und treten sicher im Umgang mit Behörden, Fremdfirmen und Sachverständigen auf.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke, Mobilität und eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
- Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse in CAD- und EDV-Anwendungen mit (z. B. AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Eine grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft ist erforderlich
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse.
