Baukaufmann für Schadenmanagement (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Systemische Anlage relevanter Daten bei Schäden mit primär versicherungstechnischem Hintergrund
- Bedarfsweise Aufnahme und Aufmaß von Schäden und/oder Sanierungsmaßnahmen auf den Baustellen vor Ort, optional Erstellung sowie Kontrolle unterschiedlicher Dokumente (Eigenaufmaß, Bauablaufdokumentationen, etc.)
- Nachverfolgung der Instandsetzungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen, inkl. der bautechnischen Dokumentation
- Kostenrechnung und abschließende Fakturierung fertiggestellter Instandhaltungs- und Versicherungsakten
- Verhandlung mit Lieferanten, Einkauf und Disposition von Materialien
- Ansprechpartner für Bauleiter, Eigentümer, Versicherungspartner und Gutachter in allen relevanten Angelegenheiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Qualifizierte Ausbildung, bzw. kaufmännische Berufserfahrung im Bauumfeld, idealerweise als Bau- oder Projektkaufmann (m/w/d)
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- Hohe Bereitschaft zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung und Motivation Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Technisches Verständnis und sachkundige Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen sowie Durchsetzungsstärke gegenüber Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Baukostenkalkulation, Kostenrechnung sowie im Rechnungswesen
