IT-Administrator in der Kundenbetreuung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Kundenbetreuung für mittelständische Unternehmen, Reha-Zentren, sowie Rechts- und Steuerkanzleien im 1st- , 2nd- oder 3rd-Level-Support per Remote, via Telefon, E-Mail oder vor Ort
- Du analysierst, identifizierst und behebst Störungen im IT-Betrieb und dokumentierst und stellst die Funktionsfähigkeit und der Betriebssicherheit der Infrastruktur unserer Kund:innen sicher
- Du arbeitest an Projekten wie zum Beispiel Erneuerung von Hard- und Softwaresystemen, Rollouts, Migrationen, Erweiterungen und Optimierungen mit
- Du arbeitest am User Helpdesk und Ticketsystem mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Berufsausbildung als IT Systemelektroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich IT abgeschlossen und Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen im Umgang mit aktueller Hardware- und Software, insbesondere von Microsoft Office Produkten
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse mit Windows Client-Betriebssystemen, Windows Server-Betriebssystemen, Active Directory Services, GPO, Microsoft Exchange Server, Netzwerk- und Sicherheitstechnologien und -strukturen (Firewall / managed Antivirus), Hyper-V und Storage Systemen (NAS, DAS, SAN)
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit Backuptechnologien (Hard- und Software), Monitoring sowie bestenfalls mit Softwareverteilung und Zertifizierungen, insbesondere im Microsoft Produktumfeld mit und besitzt idealerweise Erfahrungen im Apple-Umfeld und im Anwender-Support
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität, dein Engagement und deine Fähigkeit zu eigenverantwortliche, selbständige, strukturierte, ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und dein serviceorientiertes Auftreten aus
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Kunden- und Qualitätsbewusstsein runden dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
