Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und betreust Bestandskund:innen in deinem Gebiet
- Du baust enge, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und aus
- Du gewinnst systematisch Neukund:innen (Akquise)
- Du planst selbstständig und strukturiert die Termine für Kundenbesuche
- Du stellst Produkte vor (Produktdemos) und berätst zu weiteren Produkten aus unserem Produktportfolio
- Du kalkulierst Preise individuell nach Vorgabe der Verkaufsleitung und erstellst sowie bearbeitest Angebote nach
- Du wirkst bei der Gestaltung der Produkt- und Vertriebspolitik mit und setzt Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien um
- Du nimmst an Messen, Kongressen und Außendienst-Tagungen teil
- Du dokumentierst und reportest im CRM-System

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Vertriebserfahrung und Erfahrung im Bereich Labordiagnostik
- Du hast ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen oder eine Ausbildung als MTA (Medizinisch-technische/r Assistent:in), MTLA (Medizinisch-technische/r Laboratoriumsassistent:in), BTA (Biologisch-technische/r Assistent:in), CTA (Chemisch-technische/r Assistent:in) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im medizinisch-technischen Bereich
- Du wohnst möglichst im Vertriebsgebiet (Homeoffice) und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse 3 bzw. B
- Du bist flexibel in der Reisetätigkeit in deinem Gebiet und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in der Anwendersoftware Sage sind wünschenswert
- Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse und zeichnest dich durch Eigeninitiative und gutes Organisationsvermögen aus
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verhandlungsgeschickt, teamfähig und empathisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
