Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest, betreust und inspirierst ein Team von Softwareentwickler:innen, die an systemrelevanten und leistungskritischen Softwarekomponenten arbeiten
- Du entwirfst, implementierst und verbesserst kontinuierlich agile Arbeitsabläufe und Ticketingsysteme (z. B. Jira), um die Entwicklungsarbeit an den Produktzielen auszurichten und gleichzeitig Transparenz und Lieferfokus sicherzustellen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktmanagement zusammen, um Prioritäten zu verfeinern, den Umfang zu verwalten und Geschäftsziele in umsetzbare Entwicklungsarbeit zu übersetzen
- Du überwachst die technische Umsetzung in Schlüsselbereichen wie Entwicklung auf Betriebssystemebene, Hochleistungsrechner und Low-Level-Systemarbeit
- Du unterstützt und förderst Best Practices bei der Fehlersuche, Profilerstellung und Leistungsoptimierung, während du Top-Down-Mikromanagement vermeidest
- Du pflegst eine vertrauensvolle, feedbackorientierte Kultur, in der einzelne Mitarbeitende wachsen und sich entfalten können

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung leistungsstarker Softwareentwicklungsteams in schnelllebigen, agilen Umgebungen
- Du besitzt technische Grundlagen mit praktischen Kenntnissen in Programmiersprachen auf Systemebene wie C, Rust und Go
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der Interna von Betriebssystemen, Gerätetreibern und Techniken zur Leistungsoptimierung
- Du hast umfassende Fachkenntnisse in agilen Methoden, einschließlich Sprint-Planung, Backlog-Grooming und iterativer Bereitstellung über mehrere Teams hinweg
- Du kannst nachweislich effektiv mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern kommunizieren und so die Lücke zwischen technischen Details und strategischen Zielen schließen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Unterstützung selbstorganisierter, autonomer Teams mit Fokus auf Handwerkskunst und Verantwortung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
