Customer Service Mitarbeiter in Teilzeit (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst, überprüfst und bearbeitest Kundenaufträge von dem Auftragseingang bis zur Rechnungsstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst, den Geschäftsbereichen und den Lieferwerken in Europa
- Du gibst Bestellungen, Gutschriften, Retouren und Reklamationen in SAP ein
- Du bereitest die monatlichen Previsionen vor und gleichst diese regelmäßig mit den bestellten Mengen ab
- Du hältst überfällige Zahlungen nach und beantragst Kreditlimits
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kundenstammdaten
- Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen und hältst regelmäßigen telefonischen und schriftlichen Kontakt zu Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, Customer Service oder der Kundenbetreuung
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Logistik mit
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP R/3
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch sowie Französisch
