- Vorort- und Remote-Betreuung von Endbenutzern im First und Second Level Bereich
- Konfiguration und Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Arbeitsstationen, Drucker, etc.)
- Unterstützung und Durchsetzung der globalen IT-Standards
- Verwaltung von Berechtigungen, Funktionspostfächern sowie Serviceaccounts
- Betreuung und Pflege von Webseiten
- Planung und Durchführung von Upgrades

Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder ein Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Microsoft Client- und Server-Betriebssystemen und im Virtualisierungsbereich
- Erfahrung im Bereich Wordpress, HTML, PHP und Anwendersupport
- Diskretion, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
- Eigenständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Analytische und prozessorientiertes Denkvermögen sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
