Note: Diese Position ist in Darmstadt zu besetzen, aber auf Wunsch remote (standortunabhängig) innerhalb Deutschlands ausführbar. Zudem besteht die Option, zunächst ein Praktikum zu absolvieren.
Was erwartet dich?
- Einkaufsabwicklung: Du unterstützt bei der Koordination von Erstbestellungen neuer Produkte, von der Musterbestellung bis hin zur Anlieferung, und legst so den Grundstein für die Arbeit des Supply Chain Teams
- Produkterlebnis optimieren: Du analysierst unsere Produkte aus Sicht des Kunden, bewertest Features und testest verschiedene Nutzungsszenarien mit dem Ziel, Ergonomie, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit erlebbar zu machen
- Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalyse: Du identifizierst Trends, Verbesserungspotenzial und neue Produktideen auf Basis von Research, Kundenumfragen sowie Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Produktkommunikation: Als Produktexperte unterstützt Du bei der Erstellung von Infomaterialien und Produktwebseiten, um die Vorteile unserer Produkte klar und überzeugend zu kommunizieren
- Produktinnovation: Mit starkem Produktwissen und ausgeprägtem Kundenverständnis bringst Du Ideen ein und unterstützt damit eine zielgerichtete und bedarfsorientierte Produktentwicklung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell in einem relevanten Studiengang eingeschrieben, vorzugsweise in BWL, Produktmanagement, Supply Chain oder einem vergleichbaren Feld
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung in Projektarbeit, Wettbewerbsanalyse oder Produktkommunikation mit – z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und begeisterst Dich für ganzheitlich gesunde Produktlösungen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für eigene Projekte
- Du denkst analytisch, lernst schnell und bringst ein Growth-Mindset sowie Hands-on-Mentalität mit
- Du beherrschst Deutsch sowie Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau und überzeugst durch klare, zielgerichtete Kommunikation

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
