Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für Kund:innen im Tagesgeschäft sowie für die Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen
- Sie übernehmen die operative Vorbereitung von Vertragsstarts sowie die Organisation und Durchführung von operativen Einführungsgesprächen mit Neukund:innen
- Sie erfassen Neuverträge und Vertragsänderungen im System
- Sie überwachen und steuern die Forderungs- und Zahlungsabwicklung
- Sie analysieren Schwachstellen und sorgen für deren nachhaltige Behebung
- Sie übernehmen die Erstbetreuung bei technischen Fragen zur Datenübermittlung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und haben idealerweise bereits Praxiserfahrung bei einer Bank oder einem Finanzdienstleister gesammelt
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Bereich Factoring und Debitorenbuchhaltung, sind kommunikativ und teamfähig, und großes Organisationstalent sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und haben eine hohe Affinität zu IT-Systemen und technischen Abläufen
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
