Als Initiator und Fondsberater analysiert die AVENTOS Capital Markets den Wert und das Potenzial von Immobilienaktien und deren Immobilienbestände. Überall dort, wo wir langfristige Wertsteigerungsmöglichkeiten sehen, analysieren wir auch Finanzkennzahlen, Bilanzen, Kapitalstruktur, die Governance und das ESG-Profil dieser Immobilienunternehmen. Diese Analysen und die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sind das Fundament für unsere Anlagestrategie zur Erzielung von nachhaltigen Wertsteigerungen der ausgewählten Immobilienunternehmen und deren Beständen.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Research von Immobilienmärkten weltweit durch
- Du arbeitest bei der Analyse und Bewertung von Immobilien und Portfolios im internationalen Kontext mit
- Du unterstützt bei der quantitativen und qualitativen Analyse von Immobilienaktiengesellschaften
- Du erstellst Net-Asset-Value-Modelle und Szenarioanalysen sowie Investmentvorlagen
- Du hilfst bei der Ausarbeitung von Pitches zu M&A-Transaktionen
- Du bist an der Unterstützung beim Aufbau der Unternehmens- und Fondsstruktur beteiligt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
