Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie vermieten aktiv unser gewerbliches Immobilienportfolio deutschlandweit, mit Schwerpunkt im Raum Berlin
- Sie erstellen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Vermietungskonzepte
- Sie bauen das Netzwerk zu Makler:innen, Mieter:innen und Expansionsverantwortlichen aus und pflegen es
- Sie führen Besichtigungen durch und präsentieren die Immobilien
- Sie verhandeln Verträge selbstständig in Abstimmung mit unseren internen Schnittstellen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbar fundierte Immobilienausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung und eine hohe Marktdurchdringung im Office-Segment, insbesondere in Berlin
- Sie besitzen fundierte, fachliche Kenntnisse im gewerblichen Mietvertragsrecht
- Sie treten sicher auf, haben Präsentationskompetenz sowie ausgeprägte ergebnisorientierte Verhandlungsstärke
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, sind belastbar und haben eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Sie sind erfolgsorientiert und legen Wert auf Transparenz in Ihrer Arbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
