Serviceberater & Serviceleiter Caravan-Werkstatt (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und berätst unsere Kunden rund um Service, Reparatur und Nachrüstung von Caravans und Reisemobilen
- Du nimmst Serviceaufträge an, koordinierst Termine und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft – von der Fahrzeugannahme bis zur Übergabe
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstatt und Kunde:in und sorgst für klare Kommunikation und zufriedene Gesichter
- Du erstellst Angebote, kalkulierst Leistungen und nutzt deine Beratungskompetenz, um passende Zusatzprodukte und Services zu verkaufen
- Du übernimmst auch organisatorische Aufgaben im Werkstattbetrieb – bis hin zur Leitung des Servicebereichs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel, kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich – mit Erfahrung im Service oder Verkauf
- Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und bist serviceorientiert bis in die Fingerspitzen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Momenten den Überblick
- Du besitzt ein gutes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise mit Interesse an Freizeitfahrzeugen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
