Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt direkt und arbeitest eng mit einem Partner zusammen, um Mandant:innen umfassend in steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen zu beraten und zu betreuen
- Du klärst die anfallenden Steuersachverhalte
- Du erstellst selbständig Jahresabschlüsse, betriebliche Steuererklärungen sowie Gewinnermittlungen und Unternehmensplanungsrechnungen
- Du prüfst Steuerbescheide und begleitest erforderliche Rechtsmittelverfahren
- Du bereitest Betriebsprüfungen vor und begleitest diese
- Du leitest, wenn Du das möchtest, ein Team von qualifizierten Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen, vorzugsweise nach einer beruflichen Qualifizierungsphase als Steuerfachangestellte:r
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Selbstständigkeit
- Du arbeitest sicher im Bereich der Bilanzierung, betriebliche Steuererklärungen und digitales Rechnungswesen
- Du hast IT-Affinität und Verständnis für technische Abläufe und die Bereitschaft zur konsequenten Digitalisierung der Prozesse
- Du bist teamorientiert, empathisch und hochmotiviert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
