Deine Mission?
- Deine spannenden Aufgaben umfassen:
- Gemeinsam mit unserem Finance Manager und dem CFO trägst du dazu bei, die operativen Finanzprozesse zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du erstellst überzeugende Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management und arbeitest aktiv an der Verbesserung der Controlling-Instrumente, -Standards und -Prozesse.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Finance Manager übernimmst du folgende Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen und Ad-hoc-Anfragen.
- Aufbereitung von Plan-/Ist-Abweichungen für eine klare und verständliche Analyse.
- Mit deinem Know-how trägst du zur Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen bei.
- Du bringst deine Expertise im Forecasting ein, um zukünftige Finanzentwicklungen präzise zu antizipieren.
- Die Erstellung von Berichten für interne und externe Stakeholder rundet dein vielseitiges Aufgabenspektrum ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest dich im fortgeschrittenen Stadium deines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im analytischen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeiten in den Bereichen Finanzen, Strategie- und in Projektarbeit gesammelt
- Du bist hochmotiviert und zielstrebig
- Du bist teamfähig und arbeitest gleichzeitig selbstständig
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, zeichnen dich aus
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und die Kommunikation in deinem beruflichen Umfeld auf Englisch ist für dich selbstverständlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
