Was erwartet Dich?
- Du steuerst den Recruiting-Prozess für unterschiedliche Berufsgruppen – von der Identifikation passender Talente über die Gesprächsführung bis zur erfolgreichen Einstellung.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmen und Bewerber:innen bringst Du die Anforderungen Deiner Kunden mit den Wünschen und Fähigkeiten Deiner Talente zusammen.
- Du betreust und berätst Deinen festen Kundenstamm proaktiv und baust die Geschäftsbeziehungen durch Deine vertriebliche Kompetenz kontinuierlich aus.
- Du verantwortest die administrative und persönliche Betreuung Deiner Mitarbeiter:innen – von der Vertragserstellung über die Einsatzplanung bis zu Feedbackgesprächen.
- Durch regelmäßige Kundenbesuche und Arbeitsplatzbesichtigungen vor Ort stärkst Du die partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und sicherst die Qualität der Einsätze.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung mit
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, VWL, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du arbeitest gerne lösungsorientiert, verbunden mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung und hast Lust eine schnell wachsende Organisation mitzugestalten
