Was erwartet dich?
- beim Anlegen von Projekten im ERP-System,
- im Project Management und dem Project Controlling
- bei Recherchearbeiten, Dokumentenablage und Datenbankpflege, z.B. stetige Pflege unseres Crewing Tools und unseres Bewerbermanagement-Systems (ATS)
- bei der allgemeinen administrativen Unterstützung in allen Abteilungen
- bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen
- bei Sonderprojekten, z.B. Planung von Messen und Events
- bei Lagerarbeiten & -verwaltung, Materialfahrten, Besorgungsfahrten, Materialbereitstellung (z.B. technisches Equipment, Personal Protection Equipment

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) – unabhängig vom Studiengang
- Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss, ist erste praktische Erfahrung, zum Beispiel durch ein Praktikum oder eine frühere Werkstudententätigkeit
- Führerschein der Klasse B ist im Rahmen der Tätigkeit vorausgesetzt
- Verfügbarkeit von mindestens 16 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere mit Word und Excel
- Strukturierte, organisierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an Themen rund um erneuerbare Energien und nachhaltige Projekte

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
