Sachbearbeiter für Firmenkundenfinanzierung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind schwerpunktmäßig für die Bearbeitung von Anträgen zu Firmenkundenfinanzierungen verantwortlich
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die marktseitige, richtliniengemäße und termingerechte Bearbeitung von Kreditvorgängen sowie deren technische Weiterverarbeitung
- Sie fordern alle notwendigen wirtschaftlichen Unterlagen im Rahmen des marktseitigen Kreditantragsprozesses an und übernehmen die Vorprüfung der wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse der Kreditnehmer
- Sie ermitteln einen vorläufigen Beleihungswert von Objekten und verfassen einen aussagefähigen Kreditbeschluss unter Berücksichtigung der Risikotragfähigkeit der Bank
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die marktseitige Risikofrüherkennung im Rahmen der Bonitätsanalyse und/oder sonstiger Risikofrühwarnsysteme (z. B. Bestandsaufnahmen in agree21)
- Sie überwachen Termine, halten die Auflagenerfüllungen nach und unterstützen die Berater:innen bei der laufenden Bearbeitung des Bestandsgeschäftes

- Sie verfügen über eine Bankausbildung, gerne auch mit Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Bankfachwirt:in)
- Sie verfügen bereits über praxisbezogene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Firmenkundenfinanzierungen
- Sie haben entscheidungssichere Kenntnisse in der Jahresabschlussanalyse und -bewertung, Bonitäts- und Liquiditätsanalyse sowie in der Sicherheitenbearbeitung und verfügen darüber hinaus über ein ausgeprägtes Risikoverständnis im Kreditgeschäft
- Sie besitzen umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Bewertung und Bearbeitung dinglicher Sicherheiten sowie in der Kundenkalkulation und Preisfindung im Rating von Kund:innen aus dem Segment Immobilien-/Investorenfinanzierung
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Spaß am ergebnisorientierten Arbeiten im Team
- Sie sind im Umgang mit Kund:innen flexibel und können sich schnell auf verschiedene Kund:innentypen und Situationen einstellen
- Sie halten Termine ein, bereiten diese selbstständig vor und nach, setzen die richtigen Prioritäten und betreiben ein professionelles Zeitmanagement
- Sie sind freundlich, aufgeschlossen, zuverlässig und belastbar
- Sie verfügen über eine gute Selbstorganisation und können Wichtiges und Dringendes priorisieren
