Was erwartet dich?
- Du verbuchst selbständig sämtliche Geschäftsvorfälle für mehrere Gesellschaften
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
- Du stimmst Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten ab
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und führst das Mahnwesen durch
- Du erstellst Auswertungen von Debitorenfälligkeitsanalysen und kümmerst dich um den Zahlungsverkehr
- Du arbeitest eng mit Steuerberatenden und Wirtschaftsprüfenden zusammen und übernimmst Sonderaufgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder eine Weiterbildung als Finanzbuchhalter:in
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit, idealerweise als Buchhalter:in
- Du hast Speditionskenntnisse, was von Vorteil ist, und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Sage 100 oder einem anderen Buchhaltungsprogramm
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und selbständig
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Vertraulichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
