Zur Verstärkung unseres Patient Care Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen motivierten italienischsprachigen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) am Standort Köln.
Deine Aufgaben
- Inbound- sowie Outbound Telefonie
- Aufnahme von Patientenanliegen neuer Fälle
- Bearbeitung von Anliegen zu bestehenden Fällen
- Service Triage
- Terminvereinbarungen mit unserem Medical Team sowie Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten
- Telefonische Nachbefragung
- Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Ärztinnen und Ärzte bei Fragen zum BetterDoc Service
- Klärung offener Fragen zu bestehenden Fällen in Abstimmung mit den operativen Teams
- Organisation von medizinischen Unterlagen
- Schriftliche Patientenkommunikation

Dein Profil
- Studium: Bevorzugt im Bereich der Medizin, Gesundheitsökonomie oder -wissenschaften - gerne kannst Du uns aber auch andernfalls überzeugen, dass Du der / die Richtige für uns bist!
- Sichere Italienisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung
- Freude am telefonischen Patientenkontakt
- Spaß daran, dem Unternehmen im direkten Patientenkontakt nach außen ein Gesicht zu geben
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Einfühlungsvermögen sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
