Was erwartet dich?
- Reporting & Dashboards: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Reportings, Dashboards und relevanten KPIs zur datenbasierten Vertriebssteuerung.
- Prozessanalyse: Du wirkst bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Sales-Prozessen in unseren Ventures mit und trägst dazu bei, Best Practices zu identifizieren und umzusetzen.
- CRM-Qualität: Du sicherst die Datenqualität in unserem CRM-System (HubSpot) und entwickelst Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
- Playbooks & Best Practices: Du recherchierst aktuelle Trends, Tools und Methoden im Sales-Umfeld und überführst diese in hochwertige, praxisnahe Playbooks.
- Benchmarking: Du führst Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und unterstützt beim internen sowie externen Benchmarking unserer Bildungsträger.
- Projektmanagement: Du bist Teil von strategischen Projekten und begleitest die Einführung neuer Tools und Prozesse – von der Planung bis zum Rollout.
- Team Collaboration: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CCO sowie den Sales- und Marketingteams unserer Ventures zusammen und bekommst so wertvolle Einblicke in alle Bereiche.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Data Analytics, Business Administration oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
- Du hast ein exzellentes analytisches Verständnis und Spaß an der Arbeit mit Zahlen und Prozessen
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Excel/Google Sheets mit – Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot) sind ein Plus
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich
- Du interessierst dich für Bildung, Digitalisierung und gesellschaftlichen Impact
- Du kannst mind. 15 Stunden pro Woche flexibel einbringen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
