Was erwartet dich?
- Du setzt anspruchsvolle B2B-Anwendungen nach individuellen Kundenwünschen in Softwarekonzepte um und sorgst für deren Weiterentwicklung.
- Dein Fokus liegt auf einem Projekt. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team berätst du unsere Kunden hinsichtlich der richtigen Technologie, Spezifikation sowie Softwarearchitektur.
- Du hältst täglich die Code-Qualität aufrecht und bist für die Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität verantwortlich.
- Innerhalb eines agilen Teams arbeitest du eng mit Scrum Mastern, Projektmanagern und weiteren Kolleg*innen zusammen.
- Du teilst und erweiterst dein fachliches Know-how durch Publikationen und nimmst aktiv an Fachveranstaltungen teil.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast mind. 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit der Microsoft .NET-Plattform und C#, idealerweise in Kundenprojekten.
- Auch ohne Clean Code Kenntnisse - Code-Qualität und eine wertschöpfende Arbeitsweise sind dir wichtig.
- Du liebst es zu beraten und kannst dir vorstellen, unsere Kunden und Kolleg:innen technologisch und methodisch zu schulen.
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
