Wir suchen für unsere Schwestergesellschaft HIRIS Labs studentische Unterstützung im Bereich Growth und Management. HIRIS Labs ist ein ambitioniertes Start-up aus Köln, das innovative Softwarelösungen für das Recruiting entwickelt. Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von strategischen Initiativen für Wachstum und Marktdurchdringung und begleitest deren operative Umsetzung
- Du unterstützt uns bei der detaillierten Analyse des Recruiting-Softwaremarktes und der Identifizierung vielversprechender Marktopportunitäten
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Konzeption & Modellierung von Businessplänen und Geschäftsmodellen
- Du bist involviert bei vorbereitenden Maßnahmen der VC Suche & Auswahl
- Du hilfst beim Aufbau und der Pflege von strategischen Partnerschaften
- Du erstellst Analysen, Reportings und Präsentationen, die als Basis für wichtige Entscheidungen dienen
- Du übernimmst vielfältige Aufgaben, die zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Wachstumspläne beitragen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest dich im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium einer wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Disziplin (z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) und gehörst zu den leistungsstärksten deines Jahrgangs
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem schnelllebigen Unternehmensumfeld gesammelt (z.B. Start-up, Beratung, Venture Capital)
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte analytische, unternehmerische Denkweise und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist proaktiv, zeigst eine hohe Eigeninitiative und bist motiviert neue KI und Automatisierungstools zu prüfen
- Du hast ein starkes Interesse am Aufbau von Unternehmen und den Willen, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du bist zielstrebig, verantwortungsbewusst und bringst eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit
- Du stellst hohe Qualitätsansprüche an deine Arbeit und überzeugst durch eine positive Can-Do-Mentalität
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
