Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern das Projektportfolio der Hochbauprojekte für die Stadt Oberursel von der Planung und Budgetierung bis zur Abnahme
- Sie leiten eigenständig Hochbauprojekte
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Gebäudewirtschaft der städtischen Immobilien
- Sie werden von Ihrem 9-köpfigen Team aus Architekt:innen, Bau-Ingenieur:innen und Sachbearbeiter:innen bei vielfältigen Aufgaben, wie der Sanierung historischer Gebäude oder dem Neubau von Gebäuden wie dem Gefahrenabwehrzentrum, unterstützt
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die Prozessabläufe eingehalten werden, und unterstützen Ihr Team dabei.
Sie übernehmen Öffentlichkeits- und Gremienarbeit in Absprache mit der Betriebsleitung und arbeiten in Sonderprojekten sowie Arbeitsgruppen mit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches (Fach-)Hochschul- oder Universitätsstudium (Master/Diplom), vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen
Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender verantwortlicher Funktion im Immobiliensektor, idealerweise mit Personalführung
Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement und fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau-, Vergabe-, Umwelt- und Vertragsrecht
Sie sind entscheidungsfreudig, durchsetzungsfähig und verfügen über Koordinations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Teamgeist
Sie besitzen eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B

Wir sind ein Eigenbetrieb der Stadt Oberursel (Taunus) und leisten umfangreiche und serviceorientierte Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Abfallentsorgung, Kläranlage, Wasserversorgung, Friedhöfe, Spiel- und Sportplätze, Grünanlagen, Hoch- und Tiefbau sowie Forst.
