Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und führst Marketingaktivitäten für Einkaufs- und Fachmarktzentren durch
- Du erstellst Content und betreust eigenverantwortlich die Social Media Kanäle und Webseiten der Einkaufszentren
- Du recherchierst Marketing-Trends und zukünftige Kooperationspartner
- Du überwachst und berichtest zur Projektverfolgung, insbesondere durch Excel-gestütztes Tracking
- Du erstellst und koordinierst interne EVs und holst Gremienbeschlüsse ein
- Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation mit Mieter:innen und Dienstleister:innen und erstellst sowie verwaltest Nutzungsvereinbarungen inkl. Überwachung des Unterschriftenrücklaufs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist immatrikuliert in einem Studiengang der Kommunikation, Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft (BWL) oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du hast großes Interesse am deutschen Immobilienmarkt, Center Management, Marketing und Kommunikation
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Immobilienbereich, Vertragswesen und Marketing
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, selbstorganisiert, zuverlässig und ergebnisorientiert
- Du bringst soziale Kompetenz und Kreativität mit und bist eigenmotiviert sowie teamfähig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
