Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und entwirfst Bauprojekte mit dem Schwerpunkt Industrie, Erneuerbare Energien und Anlagenbau
- Du übernimmst die Genehmigungsplanung nach den Vorgaben der einzelnen Bundesländer
- Du führst Aufgaben im Bauplanungs- und Baugenehmigungsrecht durch
- Du wertest Bauleitplanungen nach dem Baugesetzbuch aus und erstellst B-Pläne, Schnittzeichnungen, Perspektiven sowie 3D-Modelle
- Du überwachst die Baumontage und bist zuständig für Abnahmen
- Du organisierst und überwachst Projekte, inklusive Kundenbriefing und Beratung
- Du erstellst Anforderungskataloge und strukturierst die Projekte
- Du nutzt Software wie AutoCAD, Advanced Steel, Revit, RStab und Tekla (wünschenswert)
- Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentierst die Projektphasen
- Du evaluierst den Projektablauf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder in Architektur (Diplom, Master)
- Du bist als Bauvorlageberechtigter Bauingenieur oder Architekt (m/w/d) zugelassen oder hast die Zulassung beantragt, wünschenswert
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Projektreporting und -controlling
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsgeschick

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
