Was erwartet Dich?
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung sowie dein Team und bekommst Einblick in die strategische Vertriebsarbeit mit Schwerpunkt Dienstradleasing und Elektromobilität (Pkw)
- Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmodelle für innovative (Leasing)-Finanzprodukte
- Du übernimmst die Markt- und Technologierecherche und bewertest das Nutzen bzw. das Marktpotential (Business Case)
- Du arbeitest Datenmaterial auf und erstellst Powerpoint-Präsentationen für Stake- und Shareholder

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du studierst im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Wing KIT ist präferiert), Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Du befindest dich idealerweise in den letzten Zügen deines Bachelor- oder am Anfang deines Masterstudiums
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint sowie XING und LinkedIn
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, eigenständig und ergebnisorientiert - "Hands On Mentalität"
- Du bringst einen ausgeprägten Unternehmergeist und Entrepreneurship mit
- Du möchtest schnelle Prozesse und Marktchancen nutzen
- Du besitzt eine analytische und strategische Denkweise - wir sind ein Finanzdienstleistungsinstitut mit "BaFin-Lizenz"
- Du hast Zeit - 12 Monate Verweildauer in Karlsruhe, idealerweise am KIT

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
