- Sie führen fachlich und disziplinarisch das Entwicklungsteam Elektronik/Software innerhalb der Abteilung Entwicklung
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Software- und Hardwareentwicklung
- Sie planen die Kapazitäten des Teams Elektronik für die Umfänge Hardware und Software
- Sie planen und überwachen Projekte und deren Fortschritt
- Sie fördern die berufliche Entwicklung und Weiterbildung der Teammitglieder und stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices sicher
- Sie kommunizieren mit Stakeholdern und Management und managen Schnittstellen zu externen Partner:innen, einschließlich der Vergabe von Lastenheften und Lieferanten‑Evaluierung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, insbesondere für Embedded Systeme
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmiersprache C/C++ und kennen die aktuellen Entwicklungsmethoden und Ansätze
- Sie haben ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sie sind teamfähig und verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
