Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt innovative SEA-Strategien mit datengetriebenen Traffic-Prognosen um
- Du erstellst, überwachst und optimierst Suchmaschinenkampagnen
- Du analysierst die Kampagnen-Performance und passt die Strategien kontinuierlich an
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich dein Kundenportfolio und präsentierst Ergebnisse sowie berätst Kund:innen zu laufenden Kampagnen
- Du arbeitest mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen und tauschst dich mit Kolleg:innen aus, um das SEA-Know-how im Team zu stärken
- Du bleibst stets über Branchentrends und neue Technologien auf dem Laufenden und arbeitest an innovativen Showcase-Projekten, um preisgekrönte Kampagnen zu realisieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst über 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Management oder in einer ähnlichen Position, wie zum Beispiel als SEA Manager
- Du hast in deiner Rolle strategische Verantwortung übernommen sowie Junior-Teammitglieder gecoacht und geführt
- Du hast zudem 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Google Ads & Microsoft Ads und kannst SEA-Kampagnen eigenständig aufsetzen und optimieren
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Agentur, insbesondere mit der Betreuung verschiedener Kund:innen und maßgeschneiderter SEA-Strategien
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Channable und ProductHero
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und hast fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
