Projektleiter für Elektrotechnik und Sicherheitstechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du hast als Projektleiter:in die persönliche Freiheit und den für Deine Rolle erforderlichen Selbstbestimmungsgrad, um Deine Projekte erfolgreich zu gestalten
- Du übernimmst die Leitung unserer Projekte und steuerst die Auftragsabwicklung über alle Projektphasen
- Du vertrittst die Projektbelange gegenüber internen Stellen, Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen und verantwortest dabei die Personaleinsatzplanung für Eigen- und Fremdpersonal
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Gesundheitsschutz
- Du erstellst in Zusammenarbeit mit der Planungsabteilung Werk- und Montagepläne und kalkulierst in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb die Nachtragsangebote
- Du sorgst für die Aufbereitung von Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen und bist verantwortlich für die Kosten- und Leistungsüberwachung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung, z.B. als Elektroniker:in für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, idealerweise mit Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der technischen und kaufmännischen Projekt- und Baustellenabwicklung
- Dich zeichnet eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus, die Dich auch bei anspruchsvollen Aufgaben nicht verzweifeln lässt
- Durch Deine Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, koordinierst Du Dein Team problemlos und bringst es positiv voran
- Dich zeichnet eine hohe Kund:innenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke aus
- Du verfügst über eine hohe soziale Kompetenz in der Zusammenarbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
