Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst Photovoltaikprojekte im Gewerbe- und Wohnbau – von der Planung bis zur Übergabe
- Du koordinierst interne und externe Projektbeteiligte, einschließlich Planer:innen, Lieferant:innen, Behörden und Kund:innen
- Du hältst Zeit-, Qualitäts- und Budgetvorgaben ein
- Du klärst technische Fragen und wählst Komponenten aus
- Du begleitest Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und die Bauüberwachung
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen und Stakeholder während des gesamten Projektverlaufs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von PV-Anlagen oder ähnlichen technischen Projekten
- Du kennst die relevanten Normen, Vorschriften und Förderprogramme
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verantwortungsbewusst und teamfähig
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und idealerweise auch mit Planungssoftware wie PV*SOL oder AutoCAD

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
