Was erwartet dich?
- Du akquirierst und betreust Neukund:innen im Bereich Blechteile und Schweißbaugruppen
- Du pflegst und baust Bestandskund:innenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Kommunikation und Serviceangebote aus
- Du erstellst und verhandelst Angebote, inklusive Preisgestaltung und Konditionen
- Du führst Kund:innenbefragungen durch, identifizierst Trends und Kund:innenbedürfnisse
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Produktion zusammen, um die technische Machbarkeit und die Einhaltung von Lieferterminen sicherzustellen
- Du nimmst an Messen und Veranstaltungen teil, um unsere Produkte zu präsentieren und neue Kund:innen zu gewinnen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit technischem Hintergrund, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von technischen Produkten, bevorzugt im Bereich Metall- und Blechverarbeitung oder Maschinenbau mit
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der technischen Anforderungen und Fertigungsprozesse von Blechteilen und Schweißbaugruppen
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation
- Du bist reisebereit und hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kund:innen
