Vertriebsmitarbeiter*in im Außendienst für Medientechnik in Bayern (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du pflegst aktiv Kund:innen, indem du Bestandskund:innen persönlich betreust, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und Bindung zu steigern
- Du gewinnst Neukund:innen, indem du potenzielle Kund:innen im Zielmarkt identifizierst, ansprichst und gewinnst (z. B. Schulen, Kommunen, Unternehmen)
- Du berätst individuell, indem du den Bedarf ermittelst und technische Beratung vor Ort beim Kund:innen durchführst, inklusive Vorführung von Medientechnik-Lösungen
- Du begleitest Projekte, indem du Kund:innen über alle Phasen des Vertriebsprozesses unterstützt – von der Beratung über die Angebotserstellung bis zur Nachbetreuung nach Projektabschluss
- Du managst Ausschreibungen, indem du öffentliche Ausschreibungen auf Relevanz prüfst und die Ausschreibungsunterlagen eigenständig oder koordiniert in Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsteam und relevanten Fachabteilungen erstellst
- Du koordinierst Angebote, indem du dich eng mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst abstimmst zur Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Außendienst oder technischen Vertrieb
- Du begeisterst dich für Medientechnik und digitales Arbeiten
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Organisationstalent und Vertriebsaffinität
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ein sicheres Auftreten und Überzeugungskraft
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, CRM-Systemen und mobilen Arbeitsmitteln
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B und bist bereit, innerhalb der Vertriebsregion zu reisen
