Was erwartet Dich?
- Als Gesicht unseres Unternehmens berätst Du unsere Kund:innen vor Ort und bist für die fachgerechte Wartung, Reparatur und Inbetriebnahme von Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen verantwortlich
- Dein Spezialgebiet ist der Service an Gasfeuerungsanlagen, bei dem Du eigenständig Störungen analysierst, elektrische Messungen durchführst und Fehler behebst
- Du führst die Erneuerung von kompletten Heizungsanlagen durch und stellst sicher, dass alles auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik ist
- Nach erfolgreicher Reparatur oder Prüfung dokumentierst Du deine Einsätze und erfasst Leistungen sorgfältig für eine reibungslose Abwicklung
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Dein Servicefahrzeug und die dazugehörige Materialwirtschaft, um stets einsatzbereit zu sein

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker/-in (m/w/d), Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (m/w/d), Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst mit, idealerweise in der Wartung und Reparatur von Heizungs- und Gasanlagen
- Du arbeitest als serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit eigenständig sowie zuverlässig und behälst auch in kniffligen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für die Einsätze bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort unerlässlich
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und pflegst einen höflichen und freundlichen Umgang mit unseren Kund:innen
