Was erwartet Sie?
- Projektmanagement: Konzeption, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Projekten zur Automatisierung und Fernwartung von Lösungen zur Müllmengenerfassung.
- Technische Planung: Verantwortung für die Planung, Entwicklung und Implementierung technischer Projekte im Bereich Steuerungstechnik, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern.
- Teamführung: Organisation und Koordination der Montage-, Wartungs- und Reparaturaufgaben unserer Servicetechniker.
- Kalkulation: Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen und wirtschaftlicher Bewertungen zur Sicherstellung des Projekterfolges.
- Service Management: Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen, Verbesserung der Servicequalität und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen mit dem Schwerpunkt Elektronik / Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektronik und Elektrotechnik sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Wartung elektrotechnischer Systeme.
- Grundkenntnisse in der Programmierung von Mikroprozessoren und der Integration von Softwarelösungen für PC-Systeme und mobile Anwendungen, insbesondere in der Kommunikation mit Embedded-Systemen.
- Fähigkeit zur Einarbeitung in bestehende Strukturen und Systeme zur Optimierung der Funktionsweise.
- Technisches Allgemeinverständnis sowie Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten.
- Kenntnisse in Kalkulation und Projektcontrolling sind von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Führungswillen in einem kleinen Team.
