Sachbearbeitung im Back Office, Bereich Dienstrad (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig die Kundenanlage im System und pflegst unser CRM
- Die Bonitätsprüfung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden sowie die Identifikation der handelnden Personen gehört dazu
- Du unterstützt unser Partner- und Händlernetzwerk
- Für telefonische und e-Mail Anfragen stehst du unseren Kundinnen und Kunden innerhalb unserer Servicezeiten zwischen 8.00 und 17.30 Uhr zur Verfügung

Was bringst du am besten mit?
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du bist es gewohnt, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und dich und deinen Arbeitstag zu organisieren
- Du hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung mit Kundenkontakt vorzuweisen
- Erfahrung in der Fahrrad- oder Leasingbranche wäre ideal, jedoch sind Quereinsteiger und Quereinsteigerinnen aus anderen Branchen willkommen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
