Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen in den Bereichen Smart Factory, IT-Architektur, Infrastrukturprojekte und strategische Digitalisierung
- Du übernimmst die Product Ownership, begleitest die Entwicklung von Software und das Anforderungsmanagement
- Du unterstützt und steuerst Projektmanagement-Office (PMO)-Tätigkeiten
- Du entwickelst und setzt digitale Transformationsstrategien um
- Du moderierst Workshops und arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen zusammen
- Du unterstützt beim internen Unternehmensaufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Prozessen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du interessierst dich für Geschäftsmodelle, Strukturen und Stellschrauben zur Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmen
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Informatikbezug oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder in relevanten Projektumfeldern mit
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (insbesondere PowerPoint) und Miro
- Du hast idealerweise Zertifizierungen im Bereich Projektmanagement, Agile Methoden oder IT-Architektur
- Du begeisterst dich für neue Technologien und digitale Themen und hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Kund:innen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit IT-Transformationsprojekten sowie Projekt- und Prozessmanagement-Methoden und Tools
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast souveräne Präsentations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen, zu vereinfachen und strukturiert zu bearbeiten
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
