Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Projektplanung und die Projektabwicklung sowie für die Material- und Terminplanung.
- Du unterstützt außerdem den Bereichsleiter in der fachlichen Personalführung und beim Auf- und Ausbau eines Teams aus Gesellen.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für alle Projektbeteiligten und den Bereichsleiter.
- Und last but not least: Du krempelst gerne die Ärmel hoch und arbeitest auf der Baustelle mit und erledigst beispielsweise Elektroinstallationen in Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern sowie Gewerbe und übernimmst Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie die Fehlersuche und Beseitigung von Störungen. Ebenso gehört die Sanierung, der Umbau & die Erweiterung von bestehenden Installationen sowie die Vorbereitung von Baustellen und Arbeitsmaterialien zu deinen Aufgaben.

Dein Profil
- Du hast die Meisterprüfung im Elektrotechniker-Handwerk mit Schwerpunkt Energie- und Gebäudetechnik abgelegt.
- Du hast richtig Lust deine Kenntnisse in technischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Hinsicht auszubauen und Erfahrungen in der Projektbetreuung, der Auftragsabwicklung und der Personalführung zu sammeln. Idealerweise bringst du schon relevante Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit, das ist aber kein Muss! :-)
- Für dich ist sorgfältiges Arbeiten und eigenständiges Handeln selbstverständlich.
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst und zeigst außergewöhnlich hohes Engagement.
- Du besitzt hohe soziale Kompetenzen und dein Team kann sich immer auf dich verlassen!
- Du hast einen Führerschein und besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse.
- Außerdem hast du Lust auf modernes und digitales Arbeiten!

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
