- Du unterstützt administrativ die regionalen Vertriebsmitarbeiter:innen
- Du erfasst und überwachst Bestellungen und pflegst unsere Stammdaten
- Du förderst die Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und verschiedenen internen Abteilungen unseres Unternehmens, einschließlich unseres Hauptsitzes in Taiwan
- Du verfolgst Zahlungen nach und verwaltest überfällige Rechnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltungsabteilung
- Du korrespondierst national und international auf Englisch und Deutsch mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Bürokauffrau (m/w/d) oder Industriekauffrau (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst zwingend über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsbearbeitung
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine selbstständige Herangehensweise aus
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2), da du 50% der Arbeitszeit auf Englisch kommunizierst. Französischgrundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss
- Du hast erweiterte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Du kannst zeitnah bei uns starten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
