Was erwartet dich?
Meetings, Dokumentation, Datenpflege & Aufbereitung neuer Themen:
- Du nimmst online und vor Ort an Meetings teil und fasst das wichtigste zusammen
- Du pflegst unsere interne Datenbank
- Du unterstützt bei der Dokumentation neuer Prozesse und bei der Aufbereitung neuer MS-Thematiken und Initiativen für unser Sales-Team
- Du baust dein Wissen bezüglich neuer Microsoft-Innovationen auf, indem du an Microsoft-Webinaren teilnimmst
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Microsoft-Sales & dem internen Sales-Team unterstützt du bei der Organisation von Webinaren, Workshops, Events und Kampagnen
- Du unterstützt unser Marketing-Team bei der Organisation von Microsoft-Veranstaltungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist in einem Studium aus den Bereichen BWL, Prozess-/Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang eingeschrieben
- Hands-On-Mentalität und Mitdenken sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du hast eine zuverlässige, eigenständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Spaß daran im Team zu arbeiten
- Du kannst dich sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch sicher ausdrücken und hast Spaß daran mit Kolleg/innen und Kund/innen zu kommunizieren
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
